Returns Paid

EASY 45-DAY RETURNS

For an extra 99p per item, you can select Returns Paid as an additional shipping option. This allows you to return your items to us within 45 days of receipt at no further cost. Simply put the pre-paid label on the parcel and take it to the post office or your local CollectPlus store.

If you do not take out returns paid, you can still use the label to return your shoe - we will refund you the amount paid for the item returned less £2.50 to cover the cost of the return postage. 
Please note, the returns label is only valid for the order it was originally sent with. It is non-transferable.

Returns paid is only available on UK Mainland orders.
